Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.
- Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of projects, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing materials.
- Technology: Maintain and update our computer systems, including software and hardware, to ensure optimal performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports, including financial reports, sales reports, and other data-driven reports.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Database Management: Experience with database software and data analysis.
- Security Clearance: Basic security clearance.
