- Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems
- Proficient in Google Docs
- Experienced with Microsoft Visio
- Skilled in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Familiar with MS Windows and database software
- Knowledgeable in QuickBooks
- Proficient in business correspondence
- Experienced in preparing reports and maintaining records
- Capable of handling invoices and creating charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams
- Must be bondable
- Basic security clearance is required
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Highly organized
- Demonstrates reliability
