Job Description

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Arranging seminars, conferences, and other events;
  • Coordinating information flow within the team;
  • Opening and distributing mail and other materials;
  • Planning and organizing daily operations;
  • Establishing and implementing policies and procedures;
  • Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences;
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments;
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages;
  • Answering electronic enquiries;
  • Overseeing development of communication strategies;
  • Compiling data, statistics, and other information;
  • Overseeing the preparation of reports;
  • Responding to employee questions and complaints;
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory;
  • Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems;
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents;
  • Performing data entry;
  • Maintaining and managing digital databases.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
