We are a dynamic consulting company seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our senior management and staff.

Job Summary

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work 30-40 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team by effectively managing emails, phone calls, and messages.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficient office operations.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and perform data entry duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to electronic enquiries and compiling data, statistics, and other information as needed.
  • Advise senior management on various matters, maintaining confidentiality when required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.
  • Possession of strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and electronic mail applications.
  • Familiarity with business terminology and technical concepts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision.
