Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at Chung & Associates. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Priorities: You will be responsible for establishing work priorities and following established procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Administrative Activities: You will perform various administrative activities, including data entry, preparation of reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Services Coordination: You will coordinate office services, including accommodation and equipment, to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Budget Preparation and Inventory Controls: You will assist in preparing budgets and maintaining inventory controls to ensure effective resource management.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: You will be required to multitask and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
