About the Role

Fleetex Transport Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to technical issues and provide solutions to employees and customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical problems using technical manuals, guides, and other resources.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on technical procedures and best practices.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work with other technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
