About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ACORN. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective technical support to resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, using technical documentation and resources to identify and implement solutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of our systems and applications, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions, providing regular reports to management on technical support activities and trends.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other technical support teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of technical support activities.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months of experience in a technical support role, with a strong understanding of computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
