Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical issues
  • Consult technical manuals and other resources to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users on computer systems and software
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the design and development of new applications and software
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
  • Provide technical support for business systems, networks, and Internet connectivity
  • Install and configure computer equipment and software
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
