About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ACORN. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems, network connectivity issues, and other technical difficulties.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of user interactions, including issues reported, actions taken, and resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support teams, including network administrators and software developers, to ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the use of our systems and applications, as well as best practices for technical support.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months of experience in a technical support role is required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
