As the Product Marketing Director/Senior Product Marketing Director at Achievers, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies, including pricing, to drive the success of our employee recognition software. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the product, market, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating impactful marketing programs, including pricing models that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the unique value propositions of Achievers' employee recognition solutions.
- Ensure Consistency: Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Support Product Development: Work with product management to support the development of roadmaps meeting customer needs.
- Develop and Execute: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
- Annual Marketing Plans: Develop annual marketing plans and calendars.
- Develop and Implement: Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to inform pricing decisions and adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
- Conduct Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Translate Insights: Translate market insights into actionable strategies, including pricing adjustments and value-based propositions.
- Oversee Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality and compelling marketing collateral, including product datasheets, case studies, and presentations.
- Collaborate with Content Teams: Collaborate with content marketing teams to ensure product-related content aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Develop and Execute Campaigns: Work closely with demand generation teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive pipeline growth.
- Optimize Campaigns: Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize impact.
- Provide Enablement: Provide enablement and sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell Achievers' products, including pricing guidelines.
- Develop Sales Collateral: Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training programs to support the sales process.
- Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across all functions.
- Foster Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing and pricing strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the HR or employee engagement industry is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
