About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Product Marketing to lead our product marketing efforts for Jobber's SaaS product portfolio. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy that drives customer adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of product marketers to develop and execute product marketing campaigns, including product launches, demand generation, and customer engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, their pain points, and their needs, and use this insight to inform product marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to develop product roadmaps and launch plans that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and promotional plans, to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and tactics, and use data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and use this insight to inform product marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong background in SaaS marketing.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Experience in coaching and developing product marketing managers.
  • Strong opinions, loosely held, with a passion for winning through success and the success of your teams and peers.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, influence, manage, and navigate complex organizations with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Best-in-class at positioning and messaging, with a desire to educate owned and influenced teams on how to bring it to life within their mediums.
  • A high standard of excellence and an ability to coach teams to meet that standard of excellence.
  • A bias to action and confidence in making informed decisions.
