At Jobber, we're on a mission to empower small businesses to succeed through innovative technology. As a Product Marketing Director, you'll play a critical role in shaping our SaaS product portfolio and driving customer adoption.

About the Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned product marketing leader to join our team. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive customer value and growth. You'll be responsible for leading qualitative and quantitative research, defining product positioning and messaging, and driving GTM strategy and execution.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of product marketers focused on our SaaS products, including Jobber's core product suite and marketing software tools.
  • Partner with Product Management and Finance to identify new potential products and features and the potential associated ROI to help define roadmap.
  • Define and drive GTM strategy, process, and drive execution for new launches, inclusive of marketing, sales, success, and partnerships.
  • Partner with the Pricing Team within Product Marketing to recommend pricing, packaging, and promotional strategy.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with executive exposure that will help shape the future of who Jobber is.
  • Drive the creation of content, marketing assets, and sales enablement materials with the help of other Jobber teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • 3+ years leadership experience in high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Experience in and a love for coaching product marketing managers.
  • A passion for winning through your success, and the success of your teams and your peers.
  • Experience in tech SMB marketing a strong plus.
  • Strong opinions, loosely held.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, influence, manage, and navigate complex organizations with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Best-in-class at positioning and messaging - and a desire to educate owned and influenced teams on how to bring it to life within their mediums.
  • A high standard of excellence and an ability to coach teams to meet that standard of excellence.
  • A bias to action and confidence in making informed decisions.
  • Contagious pride for the launches you bring to market.
