At The Toronto-Dominion Bank, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Business Development Manager in our Equipment Finance team, you'll play a critical role in structuring equipment financing solutions for business clients and prospects.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and close new business in the Central Ontario region through external sources as well as referrals from Commercial Banking Units within TD. You'll provide support and expertise to assigned Commercial Banking Centers (CBCs) to exceed annual sales, revenue, volume, and new customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies within the region to build a strong pipeline of new potential customers.
  • Solicit and fund direct business through cold calling, vendor partnerships, and other networking opportunities.
  • Structure creative equipment finance solutions to meet customer needs and enhance TDBG brand presence in your community.
  • Assess credit requests to determine risk and make recommendations to the TDEF credit team for structuring credit applications.
  • Deliver exceptional value-added service to clients while mitigating risk to the bank.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business.
  • 4+ years of sales and/or customer relationship management experience.
