District Manager Lead

The Centre for Skills Development is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to lead our team in meeting or exceeding service goals. This role involves developing and motivating a district to be a highly productive team, ensuring customer loyalty and outstanding customer service, and managing retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Develop and motivate a district to be a highly productive team through continual training, regular meetings, daily check-ins, fostering a positive work environment, route rides, and building strong relationships with each Route Sales Representative.
- Customer Service: Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding customer service through customer visits, audits, new installs, problem solving, open communication, and negotiating with customers.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed in their district, including safety and Service SOP.
- Retention and Growth: Manage retention and growth by motivating their district to solicit new customers, up-sell/cross-sell/sample all lines of service or product and ensure a profitable product mix. Oversee promotions, contests, and continued excellent customer relationships.
- A valid Ontario Driver's License is required. A clean driving record and good time management skills are also essential.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, comprehension of direction, and teamwork are necessary for success in this role.
- A High School graduation or equivalent experience is required. Post-secondary education in Business, Account Management, or any equivalent program is preferred.
This role involves operating vehicles on public roads, working in and out of customer locations, loading areas of a typical industrial laundry facility, Service Center, or depot. Indoor and outdoor areas of a typical industrial facility are also part of the job.
