- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure timely and efficient use of our resources.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the efficient operation of our office.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed to support our business objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
