Job Summary

Xpert IT Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as maintaining accurate records and preparing minutes of meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare minutes of meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls and responding to electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required
  • Arrange travel and make reservations as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records.
