Administrative Coordinator

At Third Power Training Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. This includes arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as directing staff and evaluating daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and confirming appointments
- Manage contracts and oversee payroll administration
- Provide customer service and respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of office operations and procedures. They will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
