We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CANADA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Train and support staff in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
