Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TIRE HUT. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Office Management: Assist in the management of our office, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve our administrative processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
