Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TIRE HUT. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and coordinate office services such as accommodation and equipment
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and commission systems and components
  • Monitor and evaluate office operations and oversee payroll administration
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • English language proficiency

Work Environment:

  • 30 hours per week
  • Permanent position
