About the JobThis is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive sales growth while delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Senior General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including labour and supply budget, and will have the opportunity to influence business decisions through input on merchandising, marketing, and client relationship strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a diverse leadership and sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent client experiences.
- Align the team on driving sales, providing exceptional client service, building strong talent, and ensuring efficient and effective store operations.
- Provide input on merchandising, marketing, and client relationship strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage labour and supply budgets to ensure optimal store performance.
- Minimum five years of experience in similar retail management roles.
- College or post-secondary degree preferred.
- Experience with buying and merchandising is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in executing sales management training and presentations.
- Proficiency in retail systems and office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
