As a Key Holder at Bath & Body Works, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Located at Toronto Premium Outlets, this dynamic team leader will lead by example, empowering their team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills, address performance gaps, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, optimize processes, and promote a positive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to inform data-driven decisions.
