As a retail leader with Nike (New), you will be responsible for driving store sales and profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience. With a focus on leading by example, you will motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and supported.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining a high-performing store environment, ensuring that all functions run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement will help build a strong and diverse team that delivers outstanding results.

Nike (New) offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience, with three years of leadership experience. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems is also essential.
