This seasonal sales associate role is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer service and sales results. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works, understanding customers' needs and helping them find the right products. Our associates deliver outstanding customer experiences, positively impacting sales growth and contributing to a positive, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Build a Loyal Customer Base: Engage with customers, gather feedback, and implement strategies to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Support Product Replenishment: Ensure the store is fully stocked and visually appealing, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Assist with Floorset Execution: Collaborate with the visual team to create engaging window displays, maintain visual merchandising standards, and execute marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Customer-Focused: Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales results.
  • Sales and Service Results: Demonstrate a track record of sales and customer service success in a similar role.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Be available for varied shifts, including weekends, closing, and peak periods.
  • Communication and Adaptability: Possess effective communication skills, be open to feedback, and adapt quickly to changing situations.
