We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations at The Royal Hotel. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume food service environments and developing menus that delight our guests.


Job Description
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain consistency and quality across all menu items.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maximize productivity and efficiency while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation.
  • Recruit and hire staff with relevant experience and skills to complement our existing team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent position in a similar establishment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful menu strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations, as well as employment laws and practices.
