Executive Chef and Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our team in a 3-day-a-week position. This individual will be responsible for planning, preparing, cooking, and presenting food that meets the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent craft skills, a strong background in catering, and experience in supervising teams. They will also possess a passion for food and customer service, as well as basic and intermediate Food Hygiene Certificates.

Job Responsibilities- Plan and prepare menus to meet client requirements
- Cook and present food to the highest standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Schedule and manage staff rotas
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a chef or in a similar role
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic and intermediate Food Hygiene Certificates
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
