About the Role

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience. Your primary focus will be on managing the sales floor, including merchandising, customer service, and personnel management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays: Create visually appealing displays and presentations that drive sales and engage customers.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure that all team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked store environment, ensuring that all areas are accessible and inviting to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate execution of planograms, floor displays, and seasonal flips, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity on the sales floor.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of retail leadership experience
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of powersports (an asset)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in computer use
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

This is a full-time opportunity with varying hours and overtime as required. The successful candidate must be available for shifts during days, evenings, and weekends. Steel toe, green patch work boots are required.
