We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our retail team at Accoravillage. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction in our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and supervise sales floor operations, including customer service, merchandising, housekeeping standards, shipping and receiving, and health and safety.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and delegate tasks to associates, providing support to drive productivity and achieve service and sales goals.
  • Associate Development: Mentor and guide associates to ensure they are well-trained and capable of performing assigned tasks and providing service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional and responsive customer service, achieving sales and conversion goals.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate and continuously improve the quality of service, investigating, resolving, and escalating customer matters as appropriate.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of product selection, location, features, and benefits, as well as in-store promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and store procedures.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Supervise and direct shipping and receiving operations.
Requirements:
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn technological systems with ease.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Availability: Availability to work extended days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to transfer to other store locations as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40lbs, use a ladder to 10 feet, and stand/walk for 8 hours.
