The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our store. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail supervisory role is preferred.
- Manage inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
- Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise.
- Develop and implement work schedules for staff.
- Engage with customers to sell merchandise and address inquiries.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages effectively.
- Maintain organized inventory and manage cash transactions.
- Oversee payroll processes for team members.
This role involves supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Work Environment- Fast-paced retail environment requiring attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods is necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
- Client-focused with the ability to multitask.
- Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
