Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Smoke Outlet. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage sales floor operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and manage inventory levels to ensure we have the right products on the sales floor.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Exhibit Design: Collaborate with the design team to plan and develop permanent and temporary exhibits and displays for our retail spaces.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
