Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain stock levels, ensuring merchandise is ordered and organized efficiently.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to enhance the shopping experience.
- Staff Management: Establish work schedules and supervise a small team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and personnel matters.
- Cash Management: Handle cash transactions and oversee payroll processes.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
This position is set in a fast-paced retail environment that demands attention to detail and the ability to stand for extended periods.
