Retail Operations Supervisor

The Retail Operations Supervisor at Pioneer-On the Run plays a crucial role in overseeing daily store activities, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while managing a dedicated team.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Manage inventory and order merchandise to maintain stock levels.
- Authorize merchandise returns and resolve customer inquiries.
- Establish and oversee work schedules for team members.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
- Address and resolve operational challenges, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain a well-structured inventory system.
- Handle cash management and oversee payroll processes.
Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 employees.
Work Environment- Fast-paced retail environment requiring attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods is necessary.
- Demonstrates accuracy and reliability in all tasks.
- Exhibits strong client focus and flexibility.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
