Pioneer-On the Run Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Pioneer-On the Run. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic setting.
