Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer electronic enquiries and respond to correspondence
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes
  • Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office
