As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and services to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and staff, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
