We are a leading tax service provider seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, including administrative tasks, personnel management, and customer satisfaction. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the office team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Personnel Management: Assist with hiring, training, and supervising staff members as needed.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in an administrative or office operations role.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
