Your Role:

As our Chief Revenue Strategist, you'll oversee the sales organization, driving revenue growth through strategic direction and coaching. You'll work closely with Product, Professional Services, Legal, InfoSec, and other key stakeholders to deliver customer-centric revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets by setting strategic directions and providing coaching
  • Manage an efficient sales operation addressing win ratios and CAC
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric revenue growth
  • Leverage reporting and analytics to continuously improve the sales operation
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure sales forecasting and budgeting aligns with long-term growth

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS or services environment
  • A proven track record of coaching team members to performance goals
  • The ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions
  • An understanding of industry trends and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
