About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and analyzing revenue and performance reports, including variance analysis and commentary, to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain revenue-focused dashboards and reports reflecting key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Contribute significantly to the annual budgeting process and collaborate with revenue stakeholders
  • Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial/operational models to assess sales performance and identify improvements
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop strategies, track performance, analyze lead quality, and recommend actions to meet targets
  • Automate data imports, reporting processes, and forecasting activities to enhance productivity
  • Oversee data enrichment, list-building, and ensure data integrity for operational and analytical purposes
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or Revenue Operations. A strong understanding of budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, dashboarding, KPIs, and financial modeling is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce and G-Suite are assets
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an asset but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have opportunities for career growth and professional development.
