We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Revenue Growth Strategist to drive outstanding services to clients in our Marketing Operations line of business. This individual will work closely with the Director of Marketing Operations and must be a growth-oriented professional who identifies opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing clients while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Owning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and desired business outcomes.
  2. Maintaining direct communication with clients through various channels, including email, Slack, and Zoom.
  3. Fostering deep relationships with multiple stakeholders within client organizations to ensure contract renewals and expansions.
  4. Identifying and communicating opportunities to grow our business with clients in the Marketing Operations line of business and other lines of business.
  5. Becoming an expert in multiple martech and salestech tools to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  6. Staying up-to-date on best practices in the Marketing Operations space, including ABM, lead routing, sales qualification methodologies, and more.
  7. Leading a team of 3-6 Marketing Operations Strategists and their associated client accounts.
  8. Ensuring high-quality work submissions that meet Directive's standards.
  9. Providing training, coaching, and constructive feedback to team members.
  10. Participating in project scoping for new opportunities.
  11. Succinctly onboarding new team members.

Work Environment Requirements

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the US, with the option to utilize Directive's state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. For some positions, as posted, we accommodate global opportunities where established businesses exist, such as Canada, the UK, and Australia. For these locations, candidates must have current work authorization and reside in that country permanently.

This position operates primarily virtually, with collaboration occurring through virtual meetings (Zoom) and Slack. A laptop computer (PC or Mac available), software platforms, and office productivity tools are necessary for success. To fulfill the requirements of this role, one must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication, possess reliable internet access, and maintain a professional background.
