About the Role:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
  3. Lead and manage a team of professionals focused on customer success, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving customer retention and expansion.
  4. Establish and manage performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer success initiatives.
  5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
  6. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers to stay informed about market needs and trends.
  7. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer success team.

About You:

  1. You have 8+ years of experience in market development, customer success, or a related field.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $140,000 per year, based on industry standards and the required level of experience.
