Job Title: Technical Systems Verification Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Systems Verification Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the application, verification, and automation of cutting-edge live-media routing equipment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recreating and resolving customer issues related to product functionality.
  • Test and validate hardware and software to ensure they meet specific application requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, deployment, and service engineers to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Develop and improve existing test plans to increase efficiency and automate procedures.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including manuals and training materials.
  • Support customer demo preparation and execution.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the Product Management Team.


Requirements:

  • Degree or Advanced Diploma in Electrical, Computer, or Networking Engineering/Technology is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, Python programming, and Linux operating system fundamentals.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving is advantageous.
  • Possess a passion for learning new technologies, software, and hardware.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate exceptional organizational, planning, time management, and interpersonal skills.
