About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ONTARIO INC. in Ontario. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and hardware components.

You will provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity. You will also be responsible for documenting and tracking incidents, creating knowledge base articles, and collaborating with other teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and hardware components
  • Ability to document and track incidents
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes
