At PeopleToGo, we're seeking a skilled Technical Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, as well as a bonus program.

About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time position with shift work hours between 8 am and 6 pm. You will be required to work on-site 60% of the time and travel 40% of the time within the GTA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems efficiently
  • Configuring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Documenting technical procedures and knowledge base articles

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Exchange
  • Experience with Hyper-V and Linux operating systems
  • Good IP networking skills
