Entry-Level Sales and Finance Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Finance Development Representative. This role is designed for those who are eager to learn, grow, and strive for excellence in the dynamic world of sales and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Showcase adeptness in complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate clearly and effectively convey necessary information.
- Conduct lead generation activities via call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for technology companies.
- Execute sales activities in alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Prospect, call, set up, and confirm meetings between technology companies and government customers.
- Document all calls, sales activities, and customer/technology company interactions in our company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Establish and maintain ongoing business relationships with technology company representatives, channel partner representatives, and government customers.
- Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota).
- Provide pricing and product availability to customers as required.
- Position products and service programs suited to customer's business needs.
- Attend all scheduled training initiatives, reseller/industry events, and TD SYNNEX events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; with a focus in Business Administration, Finance, and/or Accounting with an interest in an entry-level Sales/Finance opportunity.
- Demonstrated business communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to converse with customers effectively over the phone.
- Proven interpersonal skills and capable of learning, applying, and presenting sales principles/techniques within a short timeframe.
- Advanced computer skills capable of multi-tasking and/or work on multiple sales accounts concurrently.
- Must be number and detail-oriented.
- High degree of ethics and integrity a must.
- Ability to multitask in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
- Work under general supervision.
