This role provides an extensive training program lasting between 6 to 9 months, where you will acquire valuable experience in sales, finance, business development, and product management. Upon completion of the program, you will be evaluated by managers from various departments and placed in a role that aligns with your strengths. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Follow instructions accurately and seek clarification when necessary.
  • Exhibit strong skills in data entry and management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Pay attention to details with precision and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively and relay essential information clearly.
  • Conduct lead generation activities through call campaigns to identify new business opportunities for technology firms.
  • Implement sales strategies in accordance with established KPIs and metrics.
  • Engage in prospecting, calling, and scheduling meetings between technology firms and government clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, sales activities, and interactions in our company CRM.
  • Build and sustain ongoing business relationships with representatives from technology firms, channel partners, and government clients.
  • Meet all measurable daily performance targets (calls, orders, selling time, quotas).
  • Provide customers with pricing and product availability as needed.
  • Position products and service offerings to meet customer business requirements.
  • Participate in all scheduled training sessions, industry events, and company gatherings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Recent graduate from an accredited institution with a focus on Business Administration seeking an entry-level opportunity in Sales and Finance.
  • Strong business communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to engage effectively with customers over the phone.
  • Proven interpersonal abilities and a capacity to learn, apply, and present sales techniques swiftly.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, capable of managing multiple sales accounts simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong numerical aptitude.
  • High ethical standards and integrity are essential.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Work effectively under general supervision.
