Sales Director

Education and Qualifications: A college or CEGEP diploma is required for this position.
Experience: We are looking for a candidate with less than 7 months of sales experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales staff to duties and ensure they are working efficiently.
- Hire, train, and develop the skills of sales staff.
- Authorize payments and manage the company's finances.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels.
- Establish work schedules and ensure the sales team is meeting their targets.
- Sell merchandise and develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient sales operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff and other team members.
- Manage cash and oversee payroll administration.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure a smooth operation.
Work Environment: This is a permanent position with Autovilla Car Sales Inc.
Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
Hours of Work: 32.5 hours per week.
