Entry-Level Sales and Finance Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales and Finance Development Representative. As a recent graduate with a focus on Business Administration, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales, finance, business development, and product management.
Key Responsibilities- Execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in data entry and complex problem-solving.
- Showcase adeptness in critical thinking, decision-making, and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively and convey necessary information.
- Conduct lead generation activities via call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for technology companies.
- Execute sales activities in alignment with KPIs and metrics.
- Prospect, call, set up, and confirm meetings between technology companies and government customers.
- Document all calls, sales activities, and customer/technology company interactions in our company CRM.
- Establish and maintain ongoing business relationships with technology company reps, channel partner reps, and government customers.
- Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota).
- Provide pricing and product availability to customers as required.
- Position products and service programs suited to customer's business needs.
- Attend all scheduled training initiatives, reseller/Industry events, and TD SYNNEX events.
- Recent graduate from an accredited college or university with a focus on Business Administration.
- Demonstrated business communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to converse with customers effectively.
- Proven interpersonal skills and capable of learning, applying, and presenting sales principles/techniques within a short timeframe.
- Advanced computer skills capable of multi-tasking and/or work on multiple sales accounts concurrently.
- Must be number and detail-oriented.
