About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales and Finance Development Representative. As a recent graduate with a focus on Business Administration, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales, finance, business development, and product management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in data entry and complex problem-solving.
  • Showcase adeptness in critical thinking, decision-making, and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively and convey necessary information.
  • Conduct lead generation activities via call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for technology companies.
  • Execute sales activities in alignment with KPIs and metrics.
  • Prospect, call, set up, and confirm meetings between technology companies and government customers.
  • Document all calls, sales activities, and customer/technology company interactions in our company CRM.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing business relationships with technology company reps, channel partner reps, and government customers.
  • Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota).
  • Provide pricing and product availability to customers as required.
  • Position products and service programs suited to customer's business needs.
  • Attend all scheduled training initiatives, reseller/Industry events, and TD SYNNEX events.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate from an accredited college or university with a focus on Business Administration.
  • Demonstrated business communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to converse with customers effectively.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and capable of learning, applying, and presenting sales principles/techniques within a short timeframe.
  • Advanced computer skills capable of multi-tasking and/or work on multiple sales accounts concurrently.
  • Must be number and detail-oriented.
  • High degree of ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
