At the end of the program, you will be evaluated by managers from various departments and placed in a role that aligns with your strengths. This opportunity marks the beginning of your professional journey.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Ability to follow instructions and seek clarification when necessary.
- Strong skills in data entry and management.
- Proficient in complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Clear and effective communication skills to convey essential information.
- Conduct lead generation through call campaigns to identify new business opportunities.
- Execute sales activities in accordance with established KPIs and metrics.
- Initiate and confirm meetings between technology companies and government clients.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all calls, sales activities, and interactions in the company CRM.
- Build and sustain ongoing relationships with technology company representatives and government clients.
- Meet daily performance metrics, including calls, orders, and sales quotas.
- Provide customers with pricing and product availability as needed.

- Participate in all scheduled training sessions and industry events.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration seeking an entry-level opportunity in Sales and Finance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging customers effectively over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to learn and apply sales techniques quickly.
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to manage multiple sales accounts simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and numerically inclined.
- High standards of ethics and integrity are essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Capable of working under general supervision.
