Position Overview

The Sales and Finance Trainee Representative role is tailored for those who are keen to learn, develop, and excel. This position features a thorough training program lasting between 6 to 9 months, where you will acquire essential skills in sales, finance, business development, and product management. After completing the program, our experienced management team will evaluate your performance and assist you in transitioning to a role that aligns with your strengths and career goals. This opportunity represents more than just employment; it is the initial step in your professional journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow instructions accurately and seek clarification when necessary.
  • Exhibit strong skills in data entry.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Pay attention to details with precision and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively and convey necessary information clearly.
  • Engage in lead generation activities through call campaigns to identify new business opportunities.
  • Implement sales activities in accordance with established KPIs and metrics.
  • Prospect, initiate calls, and arrange meetings between technology firms and government clients.
  • Document all interactions, sales activities, and communications in the company CRM.
  • Build and maintain ongoing business relationships with representatives from technology companies and government clients.
  • Meet all daily performance standards, including calls, orders, and sales quotas.
  • Provide customers with pricing and product availability as needed.
  • Position products and service offerings to meet customer business needs.
  • Participate in all scheduled training sessions and industry events.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, with an interest in an entry-level Sales/Finance role.
  • Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone.
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the capacity to learn and apply sales principles quickly.
  • Advanced computer skills with the ability to manage multiple sales accounts simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and numerically inclined.
  • High ethical standards and integrity are essential.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Work effectively under general supervision.
