Responsibilities and Expectations
- Ability to follow instructions and seek clarification when necessary.
- Exhibits strong skills in data entry.
- Demonstrates proficiency in complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Attends to important details with precision and efficiency.
- Communicates effectively and conveys essential information clearly.
- Conducts lead generation activities through call campaigns to identify new business opportunities for technology firms.
- Implements sales activities in accordance with key performance indicators and metrics.
- Prospects, initiates calls, schedules, and confirms meetings between technology companies and government clients.
- Records all calls, sales activities, and interactions with customers and technology firms in our company CRM.
- Establishes and nurtures ongoing business relationships with representatives from technology firms, channel partners, and government clients.
- Meets all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, selling time, quotas).
- Provides customers with pricing and product availability as needed.
- Positions products and service programs that align with the customer's business requirements.
- Participates in all scheduled training initiatives, industry events, and company gatherings.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, with an interest in an entry-level Sales/Finance role.
- Demonstrated business communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to engage effectively with customers over the phone.
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to learn, apply, and present sales principles and techniques swiftly.
- Advanced computer skills, capable of multitasking and managing multiple sales accounts simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on numbers.
- High ethical standards and integrity are essential.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Works under general supervision.
